Stone Bass: Logic

Description

This original sample came from an old Emu Proteus, we think. We’ve been moving it around from hard drive to hard drive with the idea that one day, we would make a free bank out of it. Since we just wrapped up a couple of major products, we were goofing around in EXS24 for a while and came up with this bank, along with a couple of new sound design lessons in the process.

When you download the library, you’ll find you have seven samples that are looped, adding up to 3.3MB. It’s just really one keymap, but we figured out ways to design 21 compelling bass sounds out of that one map.
