You’ve never heard anything like these synths!. The D50 has a highly underrated synthesizer behind that pretty face. We stretch it to its limits with this bank of 64 programmed from scratch sounds.

We’ve programmed just about every mod source and destination possible – and even delved into the rarely used Ring Modulation ability of the synthesizer engine. Remember – the D-50 has two PCM samples and two digital synth oscillators per voice – so it can get super fat super quick!

The Bass Part:

64 sounds that are programmed with synthetic bass lines in mind. Most are EQ’ed, some are chorused and none have reverb. Programmed to torture your monitors and give plenty of modulation options – including bender, mod wheel and aftertouch.

Very few of these sounds are emulations of stringed basses. Most are either purely synthetic or envisioned as hybrid instruments – crosses between analog synths and bass guitars.

The D-50/550 has a naturally strong low end, but we’ve maximized in this bank. This is a great bank just to have sitting in your D-50 as you go through your workflow. Then, just start selecting bass sounds until you capture the desired sound. Then – just keep working!
